Description:  Cabinet Model with Dual Preheating Trays, Dual Thermal Test Sites and Trays. Currently configured to run with King Tiger KT2P DRam and Tanisys M600 DDR1 Testers. Testers and Julabo H85 Temperature System can be sold separately or packaged together with the Exatron. Please note that software licensing transfer fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Buyer. This system is located in a cleanroom and is in excellent condition. Inspection available and encouraged.
