With no function buttons to press, the control screen is clear and user friendly. All aspects of the Dage 2400PC have been designed to ensure maximum accuracy and repeatability of test results. The result is a machine capable of meeting all your current and future Bondtest needs. The smart load cartridges are quick and easy to change between functions. Load cartridges are available for wire and tweezer pull testing up to 10Kg, bump shear to 500g, and die shear up to 100Kg. The cartridges come with many advanced features. All operate in either destruct or non-destruct mode. Wire pull cartridges have step back and the WP100g has autohook. All shear cartridges have electronic touchdown sensing and auto programmable step up features to ensure accurate and repeatable test results.
