Dima "Handytaper" Model SMHT-1100 Pick & Place Manual Component Taper
The
Handytaper offers the ability to package low to medium volume of SMD components
using a pick and place head.
Up to 600 - 800 components per hour
can be taped by the Handytaper.
The fully programmable microprocessor controlled system gives the operator the
ability to set the size of the cavity, number of component to be taped, speed
of transport etc.
The unique "cold seal" method of sealing the cover tape needs no
heat, or additional glues.
The Handytaper offers a quick and reliable method of taping your SMD components
ready for automatic placement.
For taping QFP or other large components this model is equipped with an
integrated pick and place arm.
